The cast iron head, table and base provided a durable platform for accurate drilling and sanding a variety of materials from wood, metal and plastics. The five operating speeds allow for quick and easy adjustment of the speeds for the right drill bit or material. The 1/2-in keyed chuck has a 2-in overall travel for drilling into the center of 10-in diameter work pieces. The rack and pinion table elevation system provides for quick setups. The LED light located under the drill head provides increased illumination of the work table area. The table tilts up to 45 degrees right or left for a range for angle drilling.
